Event Planning

Our event planning process begins with our client who is in need of planning a festival, ceremony, competition, party, concert, fundraiser, seminar, workshop, symposium, or convention. We offer professional special event planning, staging, lighting, sound equipment, and talent to execute a range of professional major production projects from A-Z.

Over the years, we have created and executed exclusive special themed events, fundraisers, concerts, multi-cultured festivals, golf tournaments, black tie galas, educational symposia, seminars, workshops, international trade shows, international    trade missions, promotion launches, campaign announcements, press conferences, press releases, and much more. We are detailed-oriented and pay extensive attention to our client’s vision, and creative details.

Together, as a team, we will discuss your needs including budgeting, establishing dates and alternate dates, selecting and reserving the event site, acquiring permits, and coordinating transportation and parking.  Depending on the event and budget, our event planning experts will also discuss some or all of the following: developing a theme, logo or motif for the event, hospitality, destination management, cultural tourism, arranging for speakers and alternate speakers, arranging entertainment, coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities), addressing sponsorship fulfillment requirements, arranging decor, tables, chairs, tents, event support and security, staging, sound equipment, projectors, live-streaming, video recording, catering, decorations, police, fire, portable toilets, parking, signage, emergency plans, health care professionals, and cleanup.
